We can’t wait to see your kids this summer.  To help you plan, here is a quick breakdown of how we confirm our summer roster:

• The 6-Week Rule: To keep our community consistent, all campers must attend for at least 6 weeks.
• Priority Window: Sign up by March 13!  We prioritize our current and incoming school-year families first.  After the 13th, it’s first-come, first served.
• Full Weeks, Full Fun: We prioritize students attending 4 or 5 days a week.  We require a 3-day weekly minimum; please ensure your schedule meets this to avoid losing your spot!
• Tie-Breakers: If we hit capacity, we prioritize those who need the most weeks of care.
• Lock it in: Make sure your submitted schedule is exactly what you need, as we aren’t able to make changes after you hit submit.

Next Steps for Summer Enrollment:

1. The Receipt: You’ll get an autoreply right after you submit.  Keep this for your records! (Note: This is just a copy of your request, not a confirmed spot).
2. The Confirmation: Keep an eye out for an official email from our office by March 20. This will confirm your child’s enrollment and summer schedule.
3. Tuition & Planning: Tuition is based on this confirmed schedule.  While we’ll try to accommodate requests for extra days later on, it will depend entirely on space.

Tuition, Hours, Rates, and Deposit

• Full and half day spots: Full day hours are between 7:30 and 5:30, half day hours are between 9:00 and 1:00.
• Weekly Rates for Preschool: Full days:5 days – $317, 4 days – $266, 3 days- $209.  Half days are $35/day.
• Weekly Rates for School Age: Full days:5 days – $290, 4 days – $245, 3 days – 193. Half days are $35/day.
• Deposit Fee: You will be required to submit a $50 deposit fee.  This fee is applied to your summer tuition unless you withdraw, that action would result in a forfeit of the deposit fee.  If you are a current family, we will add this deposit to your monthly statement, if you are not a current family, you will need to drop off/mail the deposit.
• Tuition Payments: May be paid in full or split into 2 equal payments.  The first is due on June 19 and the final is due on July 17.

A Few Things:

• We love to play outside- in the sunshine or the rain!
• Most Tuesday mornings we will have Summer Games with Coach Mike at Cooper Park

We Require Children to have some things at the center every day:

• Full water bottle
• Lunch (peanut free)
• A designated pair of inside school shoes to be left at the center (*hard soles, *child must be able to put them on by themselves)
• Outside shoes (the shoes worn to school) need to be closed toe and easy for your child to play in
• Rain pants, waterproof boots, and rain jacket
